That are Obito will that manifested within Kakahi body/chakra that help Kakashi with Obito's MS awaken Susanoo
Obito never have a chance to awaken it his self because not having double MS
Even when he have his own Double MS for a while before his death.
Plot has restricted him from do so. That we can't denied.
For what Kakashi have done with the PS.
Maybe he using the MS sharigan to copy the stabilise level of final Susanoo.
Yeah when we know he is copy ninja because he able to copy many technique while using Obito sharingan before
My theory of why he able to create such a stabilize susanoo maybe from his study of Sasuke stabilise final Susanoo
There are why Susanoo are able to archive such level/stage.
It is not because of MS sharigan eyes only, but there are more to chakra reserve/control.
That's mean when Ms sharigan users have high level of chakra reserve
the eye is automatically recreate the new form of Susanoo that more humanoid in shape by using/molding the chakra from the user reserve that have enough amount of energy to archive it
And when the users have finally manage/succeed to create that level of Susanoo, the MS eye is automatically restore the formation of susanoo in some sort of memory storage.
And another factor to be added is the users control of his chakra reserve for they to sustain such transformation or supply the chakra to make the Susanoo transformation.
