Before we start I would like to establish a point system to give an equal basis to judge each Uchiha. We will also exclude the power up given from sealing the remnants of Kaguya. However we will use gaining her power as a benefit to that individual.

10pts - Granting Power to others
10pts - Per admiration (Another Shinobi gives recognition)
25pts - World altering event.
10pts - Per known S-class battle win (KO, death or submission)
10pts - Gaining Power.

#1. Madara Uchiha
Power Ups - Sharingan, MS, EMS, Rinnegan, Mokuton, Sage Art, Rikudou, Rikudou Jinchuuriki = 80pts
Admiration - Tsunade, Oonoki, Hashirama, Black Zetsu, Gaara, Obito, Kurama, Tobirama, Muu, Kabuto, Mei = 110pts

Obito is the one who started the fourth war, if madaras plan went how he wanted it obito would have captured all the bijuus and revive madara,but since sasuke and Nagato didn't capture naruto and bee,he had to start a war

Senju dna is Mokuton, Rin's admiration is personal not professional. Mentioned Rikudou Jin (Juubi-jin), Nothing he did under Madara's tutelage is accountable. Just like Madara Infinite Tsukuyomi doesn't count as an world event because he was manipulated to do it.

I love Itachi but obviously Danzo was very jealous of Uchiha's and that's different then admiring them or atleast it's more of an obsession with power then the actual Uchiha ability.

senju dna is not mokuton. mokuton is a style of jutsu senju dna is...senju dna. theres no such thing as non personal admiration. if nothing someone does counts because they were manipulated then none of them should be on the list.
