Ok let me tell you all my opinion as to why i believe perfect susanoo is kakashi's not obito's.

As you cam tell kakashi's PS basically looks just like sasuke's, aside from the scar. In the chapter they mentioned kakashi being the famous copy ninja twice which asother people guessed he merely copied sasuke's PS as right befor kakashi came sasuke had his PS activated. Also many MS usually have unique abilities. Sasuke can control amaterasu(shape manipulation,turn it off) shisui(koto) itachi(i would have to say his control over tsukiyomi). For obito you may say it is kamui. When he awakened the MS that was the ability he got. I believe it is because he activated that he got kamui. Madara said that it was as if the rock went through when he was supposed to be crushed it must be linked to that. Kakashi however has always used the sharingan to copy jutsu. This leads me to believe that the MS reacted to this which gives him his own unique ability while using MS he can copy more powerful jutsu such as PS and make is his own. An ability unique tto him while he has both MS

Its Obito's susano'o or the MS took Kakashi's copying skills to whole new level, BUT lost the ability to use Kamui! It's either those two.

There is another possibility.
Kakashi bloodline could be link from Uchiha clan.
Kakashi could at times used the sharingan eye to copy the opponent jutsu.
The more he copy he become as famous Kakashi copied ninja with 1000+ jutsu.
Although Danzo also had many sharingan eyes, but he could make use of the sharingan eye properly.

Obito gave Kakashi inside Kakashi mind, just like Naruto & Kurama.
When Obito talked to him, Kakashi was wearing his old uniform, when both were young.
This mean that Obito secret kamui did included another 'dead' dimension, where Obito & Rin were young.
Obito enter Kakashi by means of chakra.
Just like Hagomoro chakra in both Naruto & Sasuke.

Sakura bloodline were from Senju clan.
She could able to use 'almost' all types of jutsu that Tsunade taught her. The 4th rule.
Now that we now Kakashi power up, next will be Sakura.
Sasuke + Kakashi; Naruto + Sakura

You make it sound like it's everyday stuff that Kakashi get's both Sharingan. If he didn't even have the 1 Sharingan from Obito he'd probably be dead long ago. 2 Sharingan will also be saving his ass in future chapters.
