FTG has no feats of being able to travel through different dimensions.

Actually, it has been prooven. It was stated in part 1 that Hiraishin no Jutsu is similar to Kuchiyose no Jutsu. Both jutsu work in the same way. As Sasuke showed it, Kuchiyose still works in a different dimension and therefore Hiraishin too.
