Why aren't there many users of The Flying Raijin jutsu?

I might not have followed the manga that much as I am an anime devotee. So please help me out.

Yes, back to the question, Why aren't there many users of The Flying Raijin jutsu? Apart from the Nidiame and Yondaime who use it 'perfectly' I suppose, why does Genma's team have to do the jutsu all 3 of them together? why are there no 'current' young shinobi who can use the jutsu in konohagakure?

In Shippuden episode 370, edo minato said he was gonna give Naruto a gift, I was wondering... could it be that he may, by any chance ''teach'' nardo the jutsu.? i know i sound somehow, but please I need your answers.

I never quite understood that either, even if it super difficult. Shinobi like Kakashi should be skilled enough to master it. And the gift, as those who do follow the manga know, is most certainly NOT the secret to the Hiraishin.

FTG could be a staple part of many shinobis arsenal, i woulda taught that shit to alot of people. I dont consider Minato a chakra beast so im sure there would be people capable of it.

I mean A like SSJ Vegito said it could be extremely hard to learn. space time jutsu aren't your normal everyday clone techniques

and chance are minato wouldn't have just started teaching everybody his jutsu. if everyone knew it chances are an enemy ninja would learn it or figure it out and then the whole ninja world would have the FTG. its best to keep it as a personal jutsu.

Keep in mind the only one who know how to use the FTG to the full extent are Minato and Tobirama two Hokage's who were considered geniuses. It's only Fair that the guards have a weaker version.

MOST of minatos moves could be staple/uniform/basics of shinobi because almost anyone should be able to learn them like rasengan for example anyone with decent chakra should be able to do it with enough training it should be the same for ftg just need to teach how to do it.

OT: It's probably extremely difficult to master. After all, Minato was considered a genius that came once in a generation.
And even he, probably spent quite the amount of effort on mastering it. Your typical shinobi, or even many talented ones
would have trouble learning it. Plus, ninjas like Kakashi for example never spent the time to learn it I guess.
