Yeah this arc is the worst of Naruto thus far. I just hope it's not the last, giving it a chance to shine again.

They should have kept the Juubi as a monster and Hagoromo being the strongest in history without introducing Kaguya or saying he had help from Hamura.

It's just something so incredibly out there that I just don't even feel much for at all. It's so out there even for this manga, that I find difficulties in taking it as a legit thing.

Madara and Obito were humans who chose evil over good. That's why they made better villains.

I agree that Kishi misses a lot of potencial by hyping stuff up then make the same stuff not live up to its potencial, but calling this arc horrible just based on the fact that he didn't make his characters blow more stuff up seems at least like an exaggeration to me.
I bet you still gon check every chap as soon as you can though.
