Sasuke teleported about a foot from her, she didn't sense him coming, that's why she had an exclamation point. She saw his hand coming to her but because it was slowed by gravity, she was able to react and change the dimension. That's when she dodged.

Bottom line is a teleportation user is only as good as their base speed and relevant and sasuke just isn't good enough to utilize his ability to its full extent. The bottom line, is that gravity affected his strike. Even if you teleport, you STILL have to land a hit & the gravity aided Kaguya, which gave her the time to switch dimensions. If she truly thought that Sasuke couldn't hurt her, she wouldn't have wasted the chakra.

Kagaya adjusted, Naruto and Sasuke are still on the ground or coming up now since gravity was adjusted. Obito and Kakashi were able to run now since gravity was adjusted, and could move before Naruto and Sasuke since they didn't have to come up from the ground. This is my best explanation behind what happened, and it makes sense to me.

Once the gravity changed, they should've been able to get up right away just like Kakashi and Obito but they didn't. The gravity most likely wasn't as dense where Kakshi and Obito were because she didn't care bout them.

Kaguya has switched the dimension, because she wants to save and build new chakra. I guess, that's the main reason why she didn't use her jutsu to avoid Narutos attack. Also, Narutos attack was surprising though-even for me.

Okay, Sasuke's technique teleported him to Kaguya's place, but still, the gravity has it's word. Moving was still hard, and if Kaguya didn't switch dimension again, Sasuke would've fodderize her. It's all thanks to the dimensions that this attack didn't work.
