Oh, Neji puts up a good fight too. He'd probably lose but it's a fight where Sasuke would need his 3T cause otherwise, he might not see all of Neji's attacks coming fast enough since Neji's striking speed is out of this world.

That's what im saying his wings was flapping on the move and i don't think you can glide with just hops lol you have to catch lots of air.

Yea because he didn't have a tailed beast healing him Naruto himself said he heals fast and the guy has unreal stamina and wasn't using his chakra vs Kimmimaro was Kurama's and i doubt Gamabunta would help Naruto fight a kid in a personal fight.

I feel like Naruto could have won in VoTE if he summoned Gamabunta. But other than that, nobody could beat Sasuke with 3T and CS2. Not among the genin anyway.

Neji would also make an interesting match, same goes for Rock Lee

Sai is an underrated character that during this time could probably hold a candle to the marked Uchiha

Kiba would be able to get a couple good hits in, but his use of smoke bombs may make an opening for the blitz, if Sasuke's eyes are better than Izuna's perhaps not...

Shino definitely stands a chance, Sasuke could probably see the bugs but that doesn't mean he has an effective counter
