Notice here that sasuke's body was trapped in ice, he was surrounded by ice on all sides including the front
And yet he uses amaterasu to make the flames materialize some distance away from him, through the solid ice

Kamui and Amaterasu are similar in the sense that they both operate on the same method, line of sight, as long as the user can see the target (provided his vision is not very weak) he can use it on him

It doesnt matter whether there is an object in between, as long as kakashi is able to see through it (susanoo), he will be able to materialize (make) the barrier even beyond that
And the barrier will be able to suck the target

Yeah. Susanoo only acts as a barrier against physical attacks or ones that has to pass through it first. Kamui is categorized as an astral attack. So I don't think the first page is really needed.

Sorry but I disagreed, Sasuke was actually inside the ice so that would mean Kakashi would have to be inside Susanoo for that to work. Kakashi needs to be staring at Itachi or anyone else with nothing in his way, Kakashi can chose were the barrier opens but he never shown or implied to bypass a any sort of Barrier. Kakashi would be looking at Itachi through Susanoo but he would actually be looking at Susanoo so he would only warp that part of Susanoo away. Just like how Amaterasu would ignite where the vision is but it wouldn't bypass Susanoo.

Example: Sasuke can't ignite Amaterasu in that ice if he was not inside it already. Sasuke shown to make his Amaterasu ignite above his hand when he and Naruto combined FRS and Amaterasu together.

No, kakashi is looking at itachi and susanoo both but he will focus on itachi only, we have almost 180 degree field of vision, we look at everything in front of us but focus on that which we want

Just like how Amaterasu would ignite where the vision is but it wouldn't bypass Susanoo.
