He's using the Natural Energy to do FTG.
When you're in Sage Mode, you use Senjutsu to do Tchniques to make them stronger.[SUB]

It isn't, when Jiraiya can actually use it till his own chakra depletes. How many clones can he make? No matter what he does, he cannot use it for more than mere seconds no matter which way one slices it.

With this handicap any abilities that utilizes natural energy with SM is simply out of his reach. This doesn't even make any sense. SM is physical, mental, and Natural energy. In SM one draws in Natural Energy and kneads it into sage Chakra. He ain't doing shit with NE alone.

You are misunderstanding FTG... He doesn't teleport to what his chakra touches, he teleports what his chakra touches to where a seal is (similar to summoning jutsus)

No, he cannot. He would've used it against Madara yet he ended up using a kunai, that alone is a heavy refutation of this belief. It has to be connected with his own chakra for him to teleport to it, only because he uses nature energy and nature energy is present everywhere doesn't suggest his chakra is nature energy itself.
