Madara can regenerate, we all know that he doesn't give a shit about his body.

Madara could have dodged that attack, he even saw sasuke coming.

The big question probably is: Then why didn't he do it?

Simple, he needed to go to the kamui dimention, he's immortal (as he said after absorbing shinju) being sliced doesn't mean anything (as we saw, because he got a new pair of legs).

The reason he did not dodge and so fought back... is because if he did that, sasuke would keep attacking him, he wouldn't have time to go to obito and sakura, because then naruto would probably also arrive.

He can't dematerialise, Only Obito's right eye lets you do that. Left eye doesn't.

What you say doesn't make a ton of sense, since he could have slipped through the blade, and then he could have materialized again and go to the other dimension with Kamui. The reason he didn't do it, is because he couldn't. Sasuke was simply quicker.
