You are overestimating a character with no hype and one feat, having his speed recognised by Sabo....

Magallan is pretty damn strong

Like luffy, pre timeskip is (mid) vice admiral level.

Meaning they can fight Haki users and win, but not Haki monsters like post timeskip Vergo.

Cavendish is most likely in Ace's era, probably as strong as Ace too.

OT: Magellan low-diff. He was feared by most level 6 prisoners anyways, which already says a lot. He won't even have to use venom demon mode in this fight unless Cavendish uses hakuba but even then that's a mid-diff. fight for Magellan.

To me Magellan wins Mid diff....I respect the fact that Cavendish has no feats...but we haven't seen the full extent of Hakuba. I think Hakuba could manage to put up a good fight because he has speed and he doesn't have to touch Magellan with his hands...but when this happens its a wrap:

some people need to understand that the location is important in deciding who wins a Magellan fight. Because Magellan in ID is hard to beat because he can flood the prison with poison. But if its outside then Cavendish can handle him for a while
