The way he asked and answered himself is like he's gonna die anyhow even though naruto healed him..that's the part I don't get it..if he's gonna die means naruto's power doesnt work, but if it works why is he saying something like yes i know after naruto say but.....which in this case is not referring to kaguya or madara as he asked the situation later.

I don't think Naruto has the power of actually reviving someone, but rather healing someone to a certain point. A person can still be revied after a few minutes of death, so Naruto could have reanimated him. But the strain on Obito's body from the bijuu extraction is too big and it will soon collapse.

There are two ways to completely negate death in the Narutoverse. One is the Rinne no Tensei and the other is presumably Creation of all Things. Naruto only holds Yang Release which is one half of Creation of all Things so he is only able to breath life into already existing shapes. However, he himself doesn't have a massive powerscale that alone can negate death. If the person is dead, then he can only give them a life force that will last for a little while. If they are already alive but dying, he can re-ignite their "fire" and keep them alive. (As the body will naturally replenish the life force given to them by Naruto.)

Obito was saved. He just said that he's going to sacrifice himself. Period.

He was not. Well there are no proof and it depends on how you understand the manga. But Naruto commented; "But..." referring to that there were something to do with his revival of Obito. The only thing it could be was that it was no permanent. (To which, Obito said he already knew. Meaning he could feel it and he is 100% certain that he will die.)

I think your questions are not in the right context. Reviving someone means you bring them back to life and standing. It does not mean they won't die if they do something that can kill them.

First, Obito was in a certain death situation. It was clear that he had no life force left, and no chakra has well for having fought many days, controlling bijus, juubi, having juubi extracted, gedo mazou removed, and using Rinne tensei to revive Madara. See, Obito being still alive is one of the biggest mistakes Kishi has made in this series.

Next, to revive someone completely, you need to replenish their life force to the normal one. As we know, a Kage bushin only has half of the chakra that his original has molded before he was created. It is obvious that that half chakra is not enough to restore completely Obito's life force that was drained by the above-ementioned conditions.

Finally, notice that the reason Obito is going to die is the action he is going to take. If he were to just stand by or sleep like Guy Sensei, he wouldn't die for sure. So yes, Naruto power is consistent. It has not been proven that he can bring someone from the dead. Rather, he can either keep someone from dying, or put life in something that did not have it. I am pretty sure it is the same has Hashirama's lively wood dragon, except that Naruto seems to be able to put life in everything he want.
