Welp you jinxed it now. We've been thinking for the longest he was going to die but now that we expect him to live, he's going to die unfortunately.

gai probably would have died just like obito will but right after being saved I.T took effect and according to the story so far the shinju tree keeps people alive to draw chakra from them until they are turned into zetsus.

So if this is the case Gai is basically saved because of I.T and the tree.

Obito will still die because hes not trapped in I.T and once he goes to save Sasuke he will use the rest of his chakra meaning he will die no matter if naruto tries or not to save him.

Obito knows this and wants to sacrifice his life basically as a meat shield and to bring sasuke back to the real Naruto so just enjoy the ride of obito till it ends

Now I don't think Obito has a deathwish in his heart. Im pretty sure theyre stemming on the fact that Madara placed a seal on Obito's heart that prevented him deviating from "The Mission." I believe they said Obito got into that fight with Kakashi in the other realm and intentionally allowed him to use his Chidori and pierce him through the heart. That removed the seal and Helped Obito become the Juubi Jinchuuriki.

Naruto apparently can heal anyone with his 6th Sage Senjutsu. I believe hes simply unable to repair his heart to make Obito feel human again. With this reality, he says He'll die to help save the world.

I think Sasuke has the power to get back, He just doesn't know how.

Also Obito should get a Susanoo. But lowkey, I think certain fans will agree with me, But i believe Obito deserves the Rinnegan. Unless someone is willing to argue that you need EMS First. Hes been cultivated with Hashirama's Cell since his accident and now he finally has both of his eyes again.
The true question is, What is Kakashi's role?

- I contradict this theory because Sharingan is unique per jutsu. For example, Shisui's eye has the power to control the enemy without knowing it and Obito has the power to go to other dimensions. Does anyone else's has the power like these two? No. That is why when the series revealed that Kakashi's and "Tobi's" has the same power, it is already concluded that the masked man "Tobi" is Obito.

Obito should have died like 3 different times in the past 60 chapters, i like his character but damn he must be invincible to survive the juubi being extracted, casting rinne tensei on madara, using Kamui a ungodly amount of times, giving naruto Kurama and a portion of the other tailed beast back after stealing them back from madara, being taken over by BZ, having madara rip the rinnegan out of his face, and look at him... not the worst for wear and at it again lol, seriously he must have unlimited chakra pools lol

If we're assuming that Madara didn't give back Obito his eye back, Naruto was able to create Kakashi a new eye. A possibility was Naruto could have restored Obito's other eye.. I don't know why everyone forgot about this... But if you go back to Chapter 676 page 3, you can see Obito has his left eye back. So the only other possibility was Madara giving him back his eye.

No dude that is entirely incorrect. Madara himself gave the eye back to Obito who by then, was completely possessed by BZ and he didn't think that he was going to be a threat with his all new power and all.
