Obito only has 1 ms technically. Kishi messed up and gave obito 2 eyes as if madara just took his rinnegan eye from obito and that obito had 2 eyeballs in that 1 eye socket which is ridiculous. Unless you can put and eye over an eye then obito isn't suppose to have another eye in that socket the rinnegan was just taken from.
