[Discussion] Whats the problem ? How can we all fix it

But alot of th threads are mad boring. Im 22, and all creativeness is practically gone. Here is a link to two threads i created before

Then you fast forward to today and all i see is "sealing blade this", "unbreakable shield that", "Sasuke blitz", SoloKingInsertCharacterName, it gets to the point where there is no reason to even argue, when 80% of the base has a predetermined attitude about characters, and wont even argue logically. People have came out with theories for YEARS and some of them were SPOT ON, and people ignore them, then they come true and people still ignore them. My point was people would use manga to rationalize there theories and "prove" them to a point and people would just be like "Well, obito was crushed under a rock so there is no possible way he is Tobi". Its gotten to the point that if what you say isnt blatantly or Directly stated in the manga it isnt true, and is not possible to be true, ive even had to argue with someone in my inbox over shuisui, becuase danzo or whoever stated that they could only use shisuis eye one every decade that it meant shisui could only use it once a decade as well, considered that people knew him for his genjutsu and he died before he was 20 and that it was illogical to assume he unlocked his ability at birth, and that he must have trained even a little with it to learn to use and control it, and still no matter how much logic, and manga proof i came up with it ended with "Nope, because manga says...". My point isnt that im right, its that there is no reason to post ideas anymore becuase 80% of the base is going to instantly ssay no without even reading your thread, and the other 20% that would say yes or even consider it dont log on often enough to support the threads of people who actually take time out to do them.

IDK if anyone understands my point but that is my point. This has changed alot since i became a member in '010.

In mind the one with the long rep bar is at higher level so i always feel inferior here But people who complain about the manga should stop reading and get out of base cause it makes no sense if u don't like something u don't like it, i don't understand why every one has to to show and portray their dislike for something by creating threads about it etc..... Stop the complains and enjoy it, that the only way this can be solved. I have no idea what to say about trolls is't like they are a part of nature, where ever u go there will be trolls.

speaking as on older member I can say I have discriminated new members based on there status, but I have if they spam or troll continuously then I will. But at the same time I know and understand they are new to the site and need to get use to it. We were all there once. The way for everything to be fixed is if everyone grows up and quits thinking so high and mighty of themselves thats the biggest problem everyone has

NB isn't as exciting to me as it was when I could only stalk the Base. Thats mostly because I feed on the ignorance of trolls and illogical fanboys/fangirls. That's gone now and replaced with un-classy trolls, the worse kinds.

Members that break forum rules should get banned, whether they make the forum 'fun' or not. Rules and sanctions are in place to maintain order, regardless of who the member is.

There's a chatterbox section for random topics, people mostly get infractions for spam because they spam the Naruto Discussions section with nonsense. Posting in Chatterbox doesn't increase post count, but members get to make random posts and have fun in that section.

Another problem is people these days don't put thought into their threads.
I remember working for almost 2 days on a single theory of mine, thinking about various possibilities and perspectives. Not everyone wants to make theories, I agree, but you can think about a thread which is related beauty or attribute of character or manga, with some thought into it. Saying that XYZ character solos, or XYZ character is useless leads to character bashing with nothing useful to discuss.
Thread with one picture and one attractive title, deserves to be in 4chan, rather than on Narutobase.>_>

I think the reason why some of the threads are boring because the good ones turn into flame wars because members cant give good responses that arent on topic or they get personal ( which is never ok in my eyes) but usually people make good threads after they saw a good thread right?

We '13ers hardly login anymore. We have had pretty good year though, dem long ass theories Lol. Now that the series is coming to an end this behavior is to be expected from this community. People are losing interest in the series, so it goes without saying that the majority of the people who joined are not even a true fan of this series anymore, honestly they all look like a hungry cheetha which has waited long enough to catch and eat a prey lol. I mean those who have joined in 2014 are mostly those who kept visiting the site and wished to become part of this community when the reg was closed, they must have seen how crazy this community could be at times(Because of trolls) and wished to join for that sole purpose(Troll)? I think so because most of the '14ers act like hot headed and piss each other and old members off often.

Conclusion: I dont expect this community to get any better than this, simply because the series is coming to an end and there is nothing much left to discuss or make theories about.

You can always find those noobs who don't even read the theory and blatantly reject it without providing any constructive arguments.
This is very discouraging.
Also threads like "my fav > yours, sasuke > naruto, ftg> sasuke shunshin," etc tend to get more attention then the threads with good theories and i often miss some very good theories made by not so popular members because of this.

Not necessarily, after they see a good thread members then go and make the exact same thread. That's where the repetitive part of my argument comes up.
