I will step in. For whatever they did I dished it out 5x worse. I'm sorry but you don't do that shit. Like this one time, this guy was teasing this girl with down syndrome in my class..he was asking her out and saying shes pretty and then would turn around and laugh into his arm..He did this the whole period. So I picked up my desk and threw it at him... >->.

Also this might be why my girlfriends held onto my hoodie between classes, no one really messed with me in High School because of that reason. But uh yeah...don't take no shit from anyone.

I've been in that "Do I get involved?" situation only three time somehow.

First time: It was middle school, I saw someone get bullied. I was in 6th grade, and I was confused, scared, etc. I didn't interfere and it's haunted me for while.

Second time: 10th grade, last year, I was walking down the hall with a friend and I saw the same situation and interfered. the guy was a freshman was scared shitless by me (I'm, almost 6 foot) He ran just from me approaching.

Third time: A few weeks ago, I'm with friends and I see the same situation, this time it is someone we know and chase the guy down. I had never seen someone run so fast before.

So my answer: It depends, but most likely.

Depends on the circumstances. If the violence is beyond basic picking, and could lead to serious damage... then yes, i'll intervene.

If it's basic bullying with name calling, and pushing then i'll let the individual handle the issue themselves.

I have protected many of my friends from others.

If it's small kids then I will step in. But I'm only 5'3'' and 117 lbs so if the kid is big then I'll have to call someone else to stop it. Lol
