Sasuke's reactions and speed have increased greatly since that fight. Even without doujutsu, B would be competing with someone in the same tier as a juubi jin. I'm not sure how much sasuke would depend on the sharingan though so you could be right but it wouldn't be a stomp match by any means

1. sharingan doesn't discredit sasukes skill

2. current sasuke would still lose to bee in a swordfight, nothings changed

3. kenjutsu is a martial art so speed & strength are the foundations of determined ''skill''

4. again, bee(feats) & mifune(hype/implication) are the best swordsmen in the manga and it doesn't even matter after them

Jubi jins are actually physically faster than Sasuke. He possess the eye when Naruto possess the body. It's how they have been portrayed and he showed no on-panel speed feat difference, relying on his dojutsu(teleportation) to move. The Blitz against Madara happened off-panel, which could be possibly a continuous use of teleportation to arrive in Madara's reach. Everytime we've seen Sasuke on panel, he used teleportation to reach a target. It's for that reason i'm actually doubtful in the fact he is actually faster than before.

It's not a stretch to think current sasuke's footspeed can keep up with madara. He was using doijutsu at the time but those were against powerful opponents. B isn't exactly top tier now. Also, EMS(Sharingan extension) helps to have better reflexive speed in battle because you can read moves in advance. It doesn't increase your speed but helps you to move accordingly to the reading ability of the dojutsu.

Sasuke got a new Rinnengan similar to that of Kaguya. It's possible his reading capability is even beyond everything showed so far, which could explain his faster movements against Jubi Jin Madara. Yes it doesn't give you greater speed however 50% of the sosp powers does. Madara might not have cared but all he could do was generate a thought, something that takes very little amount of time. It's not like he could have done much in that time anyway.

I am concerned about your understanding power-up and Kenjutsu. Furthermore, he was using continuous instantaneous teleportation. The topic is about his Kenjutsu. There is a vast difference between skill and power.​

It is an attribute increase. Sasuke was already skilled in the start of shippuden with kenjutsu. Doesn't increased power and speed also increase skill? If a boxer trains to get faster, so that he can throw punches quicker and dance around in the ring better, doesn't his boxing skill increase? Same with sasuke. Increase in speed means he's able to swing his sword faster and become quicker with evasion. This increase is massive since he last fought B so it stands to reason that he's better.
