Aside from having damaged legs, an Edo Tensei cannot act towards another Edo Tensei. Trollkage wanted to kill Muu, but could not. So when Itachi was released from Edo Tensei's control, Nagato was unable to do anything against Itachi's attack whether he wanted to or not.

Kamui has multiple uses. It's most abstract use is avoiding attacks, which it has been extremely successful at. And in regards of attack, it did take up both of Danzos subordinates, which gives it a body count of 2.
