Nikodo after hearing the explanation of the jutsu started molding the specific kind of wind chakra in his lungs. He looks at the clone of his Senpai, a tall good looking girl, which wasn't scared to show what she is made off. Showing her battle scars and being as well proud of them. After the molding of chakra was done, Nikodo separated eye contact from the clone and tilted his head, He released the chakra in a continuous stream, during the release the Nature transformation kicked in turning the chakra into real wind. The wind hit the clone 1 m in front of her, in an angle of 45°. The wind the moment it had impact with the ground and reflected towards the clone. The clone gradually started lifting up, as Nikodo kept on adding more power to the wind. Along with the clone many little stones started being lifted up as well. As Akasha's clone was high was lifted the rocks, due to being a lot lighter traveled at higher speeds hitting her in various random spots. As Nikodo saw that the stones were way to light to deal significant damage on every spot, he started aiming at her head and throat. After aiming carefully a good sized stone hit the clone in the throat, We see the close grabbing her throat and desperately clinging for air to breath. After a few second it dispersed, seemingly it was an internal damage to the Larynx judging where it hit her and the inability of her to breath. As Nikodo killed the clone he took his stance and turned to Akasha to explain the Shape and Nature transformation.
Ok, So shape transformation is one of the most important steps in creating Ninjutsu and elemental jutsu. With Shape manipulation we understand the shape the chakra takes, the form, the flow and the direction. The chakra flow can even be given rotations, depending on the jutsu you need to use. The shape manipulation can be done at will and at those times we need to focus on the most important part of the jutsu which is most likely the Size, Range and overall purpose of it. The first type is creating an imaginary shape, as you want the ninjutsu or elemental jutsu to be, in this case I imagined a stream which was later filled by my chakra at will.
As for the Nature transformation it is the other half which completes a ninjutsu in general. Unlike the shape transformation where we just fill it with raw chakra, in this case we need to give that chakra a special affinity, depending on the element we are using. In the nature transformation we give that chakra specific properties and characteristics, which are done by the will as well. When we have done the shape manipulation, we then firstly choose a elemental affinity we want our chakra to be in. After that we focus on that affinity, we think of it, and we can't use it until we fully understand it. In the case of wind it must be something fast, free flowing, calm, just like the breeze that goes through our hair, and yet tough just like an unforgiving tornado. After that is done successfully we can say that we ave that shape a nature transformation creating an actual jutsu.
