This is iffy. You need to put a scenario up. If this is another Akatsuki-like scenario, Bee wins, but if Sasuke is going for the kill (in IC he still always goes straight for the kill) I can see him potentially winning due to the fact that base Bee has no counter to Ama and has little that could bypass his ribcage excluding the Hachibi transformation.

You are mistaking Narutos v2 with Bees. Naruto's V2 was mindless and it was all Kurama's will. He had no idea what a tailed beast ball was, we (the readers) never even knew what a TBB was until Bee used it versus Sasuke. Bee goes into V2 instantly and is in full control and knows what hes doing. Aoda and Manda are one shotted with the TBB along with Sasuke.
