I figured the symbols on Naruto and Sasuke's hand would have to play a big part in defeating her. I think Kaguya brought them to her world though. The one she supposedly came from, should be good to learn more about.

I gave it a 3/5 mostly because Sasuke had to acknowledge how quick thinking Kakashi was. Hope he rethinks his usefulness. It was too short and Sakura, who I generally like, got on my nerves.

Naruto didn't need Sasuke to save him. He wanted Sasuke to save Kakashi and Sakura instead. Sasuke considers them liabilities now and just wants to get down to business and forget about them. He should know by now that Naruto doesn't operate that way.

Sasuke keeps showing his dark side. I wonder if he would go so far as to hurt Kakashi and Sakura just to get Naruto to fully focus on the matter at hand?

Great save by Kakashi. This shows how great he is at thinking on the fly. Sakura seems to be almost as much of a burden as unconscious Obito. Why doesn't she at least try to heal Obito until Naruto can spare a moment to do it so Kakashi doesn't have to haul him to safety anymore? Why is Kishi making her seem so helpless? She was so amazing in her battle with Sasori. What happened to that Sakura?

Get real when sasuke shows his skill the whole base goes "wow!" but when naruto shows a awesome new technique besides rasengan the whole base goes meh...

You can't explain anything about Sasuke to these Naruto Balls Boys, cause they are the biggest Sasuke hater ever.

You would think after the Neji death episode in Shippuden, these Naruto Bottom B's would think their pimp Naruto would put the whole world, before Sakura and Kakashi (this dumb a$$ would risk the whole world to save Obito).

So all these Hinata's accused Sasuke of being in the dark cause he is making the hard decision for the greater good, like a true leader/boss need to do (I made a quote in chapter 677 that Sasuke only save them cause they were next to Naruto and he know he need Naruto to save the world and all Sakura and Kakashi can do is get in the way).

Guess what people Sasuke is not a good boy puss like Naruto. Sasuke is a crusader for the greater good of what the best for the world and forget friendship, love, hate and his clan (that why he wanted to kill the Juubi and all the tail beast, cause this can never happen again).

You think calling them that makes them want to listen to you? LOL I like Naruto better than Sasuke, I just understand him. Naruto represents Optimism and Sasuke represents Pragmatism... it's really that simple. All this back and forth hate/wank is getting tiresome

Sasuke's pragmatism makes him an a**hole, Naruto's optimism makes him naive. THIS IS WHY THEY NEED EACH OTHER, 2 halves of a complete hero.

Hate how Sakura is the only one who can't seem to take care of herself ...I mean she would have just needed her own kunai and rod and she could have pulled it off like Kakashi did but of course she gets saved AGAIN... Kishi is definitely overdoing this whole guys save the girls thing ! Please just let her stand her ground for once!

Sakura losing her forehead protector - is always a sign in my OP

Sakura losing her's -> Power up, cutting hair scene, decides to get stronger
Sasuke losing his -> leaves Konoha, goes his dark path
Neji losing his -> shortly before he died
Kishi puts a lot of meaning in them ..

Sasuke being hit by a senbon of Kagura why? I don't get it was he not fast enough or did it go through susanoo well who knows? Could be poisonous ...
As for Sasukes little speech about how they just can't keep protecting Kakashi and Sakura --> basically just showing that he is still not back completely, yet hinting that there will be a scene where his body will move on its own protecting either Kakashi or Sakura! Seeing as Sakura is the person that is getting her ass saved all the time it will probably be her.( SasuSaku moment hinting? possible)

Wonder what roles Kishi does have left for the Kages, Kakashi and Sakura hopefully they aren't just audience ....I doubt it through but I am not betting on it -.- it would be typical of him ...they are just there to make his mains (Sasuke and Naruto) look stronger.

As for defeating Kaguya ...they need to come up with one hell of a strategy because overpowering her doesn't even seem possible.
By the way Hagoromos brother ? What role does he play, deliberately leaving him out seems weird

I thought the chapter was fairly good. 5/5

1. Sasuke has proven that it was only out of convenience that Kakashi and Sakura are still able to participate.

2. Sasuke isn't just showing his "Dark" side, he is also thinking logical. He needs Naruto to defeat Kaguya and he's frankly right about Kakashi and Sakura being worthless at the moment.

3. Naruto talking to Sasuke about reacting to protect their comrades was a difference in how they've grown and makes you wonder what direction Sasuke will go from that flashback.

4. The Edo Hokage's are going to display some amazing feats here I assure you. Minato without his arms has me uneasy about what he will actually be able to do -.-

5. The disappearing rods is a total indicator that Madara is dead once again.

6. Totally stoked for the results of this fight.
