Hinata really lacked confidence and was very weak too. She was too spineless. She was obsessed with Naruto-kun too.
Ino, her jutsu is for Ino-Shika-Chou formation.
Tenten, we almost saw nothing from her to judge anything.

In this arc,
Naruto and Sasuke are far ahead from other. Sakura is still the closest one to them compared to the other 3 kunoichis.

Sakura is better still.

Nevertheless, Team 7 dynamics right now would be shit anyway regardless of who the kunoichi is because of Sasuke's arrogance.

Only three characters have sage powers at the moment. Sauce with his lame moon abilities and eye. Nardo with his gey sun abilities and his powerful chakra. And Tenten with her all powerfull sage tools.

There for if they all were in a team right now it would be a perfect dynamic.

She was over confident with Sasuke, instead of not trying to get the D from him she should had just backed off that's what I interpenetrated. She got in a few fights with Naruto over Sasuke also.
