You obviously haven't seen much anime then. Compared to some anime Sasuke and Naruto's love is lame.

Honestly if I had to choose... Definitely Code Geass, so far it's my favorite anime of all time. And probably in terms of story and character progression Attack on Titan. But I think Naruto has a lot of stuff that makes it great and my third favorite. One, the pure badassery of the characters. The main story, lore, and back story of the characters are very well done in my opinion. And the fights are amazing better than DBZ, to me. Which is saying a lot when you think about some of DBZ's fights.
