First:
If Sasuke repay somehow what he did to people before.

Second:
If Sasuke come back to sense he was after he went to Orochimaru cave.

(Back then he was never intended to kill some one except Itachi. Even when he was fighting against 1k shinobi he did't kill even one of them. He went crazy after Itachi death.)

Why he would be great Leader.

Hokage must be Strong= Check
Hokage people must like= Check (Before he left leaf every one was like crazy about him)
Hokage must make hard decision= Check
Hokage must Fight for his people= Check (Remember when he was fighting against Gaara and he ask Naruto to protect Sakura.)


And why he would be better Hokage then some one else:

He was talking with other kages and he know all things they was not able to do. All their fails. He felt pain of bad leadership.

So if Sasuke Loose his dark side He perfect Hokage. Say what ever you want be hater- but you must admit it.

Sasuke has no chance of being Hokage, he proves it more and more as the story progresses, he definitely showed it this chapter.

Yea at one part every one was afraid of Gaara. He even kill many his own village shinobi after he kill his "mom".
But he is Kage now.
