Hey guys.
So, I was wondering about something.
Kaguya was the first one to use the Infinite Tsukuyomi, right? That jutsu requires reflection on the surface of the moon in order to work. However, Hagoromo was said to have created the moon on his deathbed, and at that time, Kaguya should have been long gone.

My point is, is it possible that Hagoromo creating the moon is just a false phrase?

So6P was said to seal the husk of the Juubi (The Mazou) into the moon and divide its chakra from the Mazou on his deathbed.

the Viz translation seems to Imply Kaguya was gone when the sons fought the juubi,

she did have the byakugan, maybe it was a substitution for the moon

Who says Kaguya didn't outlive SO6P?

Who knows. In the latest chapter, Kaguya's figure was shown smiling upon the world, with the moon resembling her third eye, which kinda implies that she also used the moon.

Hagoromo: we brothers, to atone for the crimes Mother left behind...

left behind could mean passing away
Yeah it could mean that she passed away and left her sins behind but it could also mean that she left her crimes behind when she was still alive. After all, it all started when Kaguya ate the fruit. Who knows. Though, I find it hard to believe that Kaguya lived longer than her sons.

Kaguya used Infinite Tsukuyomi? Any manga scan to support your claim? And if you really think she did use it, then what makes you think that everyone else is in "reality"? Or maybe the whole manga was "part" of the dream that Kaguya cast them on. Honestly, common sense bro.

yes.. the time he made the bijuus was when the moon was made.
However, Kaguya was said to have cast the Mugen Tsukuyomi before Hagoromo created the moon, which implies that he actually didn't.

If she did use it, someone probably undid the jutsu just like Naruto, Sasuke and the Edo Hokages are attempting to do, now.

It's really something contradictory that is yet to be explained.

For all we know, Kaguya ruled the land through force, then Hagoromo took over and tried to teach people a different way (ninshuu, mutual understanding). We have no indication at all that Kaguya was still around when Hagoromo was the Rikudo. It's pretty unbelievable she would let him try his way that was completely diferent than hers if she was still around.

Then again, there are many things not yet explained, forinstance, if there was an Infinite Tsukuyomi, how was it broken? Hagoromo didn't adress the IT at all when he first told his story chronologically. He only mentioned it later in reference to Madara...
