U do realize he said that before Sasuke flew into them right , since he says "huh?" He doesn't even recognize Sasuke until Sasuke passes through the barrage. Naruto initially threw the BDRS to avoid Sasuke, but Sasuke flew straight through it anyway

Also, I am not too sure on whether the size of the BDRS=the PS size. It certainly wasn't that big when it left Naruto, and it suddenly becoming that big doesn't really seem practical. It could be perspective so I would personally wait for a better angle.

the biggest problem that we have is where was sasuke. From your 1st scan it looks like sasuke passed all the chibaku tensai meteors and went close up to the moon. Then in the 2nd scan it looks like he dashed down and either destroyed another meteor or caught up with 1 he destroyed already. But the last scan suggest he was in naruto's sight,but whats weird is the look upon naruto's face. This suggest he was shocked to see sasuke. For anyone thinking that naruto's shocked looked means he was looking at the moon, remember he has a whole bunch of meteors obscuring his view.

Now to answer the question of what technique is greater, naruto's new rasenshuriken or sasuke's susanoo. My answer would be sasuke's susanoo. My reasons why have to do with how the two jutsus can be used. Naruto's rasen shuriken has only 1 use and that use is attacking. Sasuke's susanoo, on the other hand, has both defensive and offensive capabilities including(thanks to recent scan) the ability to fly at high speeds.

So as you can see, i am not basing my reasons on power alone but functionality.
