Yeah, I agree with this. 4 tails Naruto is much more powerful but he's dumb in that state, so she might be able to get a hit on him, which could KO or even kill him. If it doesn't though or she's not able to do it quickly, she's dead meat.

Endurance for pain doesn't mean shit when you're being disintegrated. You can have the highest possible endurance for pain and still be disintegrated. Naruto has regeneration in that form as well; he withstood a direct stab from the Kusanagi blade with no injuries whatsoever.

A punch from Tsunade has a completely different effect compared to a stab from a sword. The punch destroys your bones and insides by it's tremors. Tsunade is not getting killed by simply touching the thing. Even Orochimaru punched 4 tailed Naruto. :|

She can indeed punch him and heal from it. However, his skin is poisonous as shown against Sakura [

But the Kusanagi's piercing strength has nowhere near Tsunade's brute and unholy power. Her strength is almost ridiculously great and she can use the Byakugou for an extended period of time. If she won't let 4t Naruto to charge the TBB and uses the strategy I was talking about, she can beat him.

Don't try to put disintegration as 'some burning sensation'. She cannot 'take a beating' and still be perfectly fine for the snake was literally disintegrated. While Tsunade is running from the Chakra Arm, Naruto simply charges a Bijuudama and finishes it there.
