After this feat, it would be a mad mans's thought to believe that the razors Sandaime uses are significantly stronger than Sasuke's shuriken that are not imbued with Raiton, possessing no threat to Sandaime in case Sasuke attempts to outright bombard Sasori with tools. This also means that Sasori with his puppet has enough reaction and speed feats to intercept most of Sasuke's attacks. And then, although we have no idea if Sasuke knows what chakra strings are, but neglecting that fact, it has been already stated by an inferior puppet user Kankurō that it takes near zero effort to detach and attach strings in less than even a second [

]. If Sasuke comes outright close, all Sasori has to do is detach and attach the strings and attack him with razor blades, that from just a scratch kills Sasuke. There's also the fact lying that all tools Sasuke uses are rendered useless, even Kusanagi since; magnetism.
Raiton can be countered easily; as Satetsu is made of iron, it is highly conductive material. Most of his Chidori variants wouldn't be able to pierce his iron sand as the sand would 'absorb' the elctricity and wash the cloak off. Even if he bombards them outwards with Raiton, Satetsu absorbs Chidori variants and the tools that are thrown towards Sasori's direction are captured beforehand, 'washed' and magnetized.
With defensive part done, offense follows. Right from the start of the match, Sandaime had already unraveled his Satetsu. Since his Satetsu can be used in all forms possible, first thing he does is create a Satetsu barrier that is lying on air, same fashion as Gaara in this scan [

]. This protects him from sneak attacks from behind, as well as creates a passive barrier that can be strengthened faster in case Sasuke attempts CQC. All snakes have blood circulatory system, and are exposed to the threat of poisoning; no matter where they are, hiding underground or attempting a direct strike by exposing their head on air Satetsu has shown to be very fast and easily cuts the snakes in two. Sasuke on the other hand, will be taken out differently. First he will be kept busy with Satetsu Shigure, that possesses large AoE and is difficult to be evaded. Sasori deactivates his barrier protecting Sandaime and rushes to restrain just landing Sasuke with it's extending arms.
Sasuke with Sharingan, will consider this as a non-threat at first and most likely evades all arms like Sakura. However, after Sasuke gets out of the 'jail', Sasori restrains him again with his ropebound kunai's. They are repelled, not dodged. Even if he dodges, it doesn't matter slightest. The poison gas will continue to harm his health and eventually lead him to possibly concussion. But Sasori is known to have the job finished himself just to be sure, and ends it with another Suna Shigure.
