If he had used rinne tensei... He would have died and yahiko would be brought back... If he died, the akatsuki wouldn't have existed... Or perhaps they wouldn't be the same.. And i wanna make this clear... Jiraya couldn't be revived bcoz his body was somewhere deep in the ocean and if revived he would die immediately due to the pressure down there... And i see others saying that there is a time frame of some sort... That's wrong bcoz madara was revived after many years...

No no the OP didn't mean that. He is asking " When Nagato revived everyone in the villager why didn't he revive Yahiko along with the villagers when his body was present there ? "

The reason he couldn't revive Jiraiya was because of the time frame, aka how long ago he died. This was stated I the manga

Nagato using the Bijuu chakra? He planned to become the Juubi Jinchuriki that's why he planned to be revived after the Bijuu's were captured

It's not the fact that he can't revive someone from that far away, it's the fact that that would 100% kill the user, Madara is a different case cause he was Edo Tensei or Hashi DNA or previous Juubi Jin or Black Zetsu simply prolonged his life like it was saying... Obito will eventually die though... With people recently dead and if Nagato was at full chakra he could survive, but if he had to revive one person from far back it'd definitely kill him. With Konoha, konan said "But... with this low of... (It would have been chakra) you'll die, thus if he had full chakra could have revived the recently dead but been weakened and possibly survive. It's like the paths he restored them when they were just destroyed.
