Actually i think its possible aswell. Sasuke has little to no intel on FTG. and tobirama has had experience in defeating MS wielding ninja it can be possible.

Well, there's a difference between "can" and "will".

With can, that could be anyone, considering that in this series nearly anyone can beat anyone else under the perfect circumstances.

As for will, that's slightly more definite so I'll go with that. Maybe Kakashi? Perhaps even Minato depending upon how the fight goes. He has a chance at MS Madara, considering that MS Izuna was his equivalent and he killed him.

How's it tripping? Especially when at this point Tobirama has seen nearly everything in Minato's arsenal over the war arc and therefore has more intel on him. Tobirama hasn't shown nearly as much. Also, they both have FTG which is instantaneous and Tobirama is aware of how it works for Minato. He also knows how fast Minato is and is quite a knowledgeable shinobi.

Not to mention, Tobirama has a larger chakra pool. How do you know that since they both have intel on each other, they might just attempt to keep their distance initially and continuously use FTG to continue that purpose, in which case Tobirama would be better off?

There's a lot of factors that play into the "who is stronger" question, including state of mind, intel on the opponent, conditions, location, and various others.

However, I will say that I believe Tobirama to be a very strong ninja, on par with the like of Itachi, Mu, Sandaime Raikage, etc. Debatably top 10 if you exclude Sage's family.

1. I never at any moment stated it was a 1v1. In fact, it more than likely was not considering that an entire group of Senju and an entire group of Uchiha were present during the fight. The conflict isn't shown in the manga. That's why I stated that he had had a chance, not that he was going to win, and not even that he was on MS Izuna's level.

2. The scan I read stated that Izuna and Madara were equal at one point.
