If you look closely there were no legs on the Susano'o which means Sasuke jumped himself, and later on flew up
there to cut the CT meteors.

He only used the rubble to step on to increase his speed. but he was flying Sasuke would never reach those CT Meteor by jumping himself.'

Or 1 could say that Sasuke did jump himself and that he is able to jump to the moon with god susano'o.​

1.) A Explosion next to him.
2.) No Meteors under him to stand on.

There was another thread that solo'd that quite easily, Sasuke was seen flying in the fight against Deidara. as he came from the ground, to right behind Deidara using his wings in Cursed Seal V2 form...

Since when is his Susano'o a "god Susanoo"? It sound just like a Sasuke fanfic.

And it appears to me that you want a nice feat in both cases.
Saying that he is not able to fly but jumping to these meteors does not mean is his also able to jump to the moon? You don't have an idea how huge the distance between the earth and the moon is, do you?

So I say Sasuke cannot fly neither jumping to the moon.
