She doesn't have any remarkable combat feats to speak of, she's not a speedster, and her fighting style is very linear and predictable. Nor does she have the regeneration/tanking abilities (at least as of now) of Tsunade. I think she's judged pretty fairly in regards to combat for the most part. She's simply outclassed based on how strong we know others to be.

I think a lot of people are still just on the old Sakura hate bandwagon from Part 1. She's improved a LOT since then, I don't get how people fail to realize that. Just because she's not the best at ninjutsu doesn't mean she's useless, her medical jutsu more than makes up for that.

Kakashi didn't teach them much of anything except Sasuke.

Tsunade gave her some intense training as far as Sakura goes so that equates to academy level training.

Kitchen sage mode is her only hope to have any power by leeching off naruto or sasuke.

Lord Jesus Naruto laughs at her medical ninjutsu. Lord Naruto can take people's chakra and make organs, Lord Naruto can saved 8th gate user from death. Sakura has no reason to exist, does she?
