I wouldn't put Sakura/Tsunade in there. Taijutsu isn't just about how strong someone can hit. Naruto with his new SM and frog kumite destroys Sakura in taijutsu. Sasuke is probably really good too now.

The only restriction was 8 gates. So SM and all it's abilities count towards that character. I don't know why people are putting Sakura/Tsunade in their lists (taijutsu isn't just just about how hard someone can hit). With SM, Naruto is awesome at taijutsu and he can easily block an attack done by tsunade/sakura.
