You actually listed Itachi??

He's a contradictory, horribly written character. Peoples' perceptions of him are as a candy-loving pacifistic saint, but his actions portray him as a selfish abusive manipulator who's ends justify the means. He's also supposed to be a hero infiltrating the enemy, but Orochimaru actually did more to help Konoha than Itachi ever did.

Pffffff, this is a joke. Out of those, I only can agree that Jiraiya, Kakashi and Nagato should be up there. How could you not include Danzo though? Dude was a **** but he's honestly one of Kishi's best characters he's written. So much better than Sasuke.
