First of all, calm down, and 2nd we don't know what Kakashi can actually do without Sharingan so you can't tell that he is not that powerful anymore just because he lost his Sharingan. He has a lot of jutsus before, but we never got the chance to see except for his sword jutsu that his father gave him. In other words, when Kakashi had no Sharingan as a young age, he was capable of taking down Guy without difficult.
You can't actually compare Konoha 11 to Kakashi. Kakashi is already a Jonin lvl. They are sure strong, however Kakashi still soloes.
