ot: But seriously. Well, I guess it's not that hard to believe. Itachi wasn't your average 13 yr old kid, he had MS. Obito isn't average by any means either, he had kamui and Senju DNA, he could easily go through the clan and take them out quickly. Both are pretty stealthy and could take out members on their own before they even knew what hit them. They'd have to after all, even if it was at night, some members were certainly awake and they'd have to do the job as quickly as possible to avoid commotion.
Also, we don't know how strong the Uchiha clan was at the time and what each member had in their arsenal. They were the strongest clan, but perhaps in comparison to Obito and Itachi at the time, they were "fodder" so to speak. Shisui had the most powerful genjutsu at the time & was pretty well-known, then he died and Itachi was the only MS user (bar Obito) and was praised since an early age for being the best of his generation. The members probably couldn't compare to Itachi and Obito, they probably wouldn't notice them coming, their ocular prowess more than likely didn't compare to those two, etc. Those 2 Uchiha took out an entire clan in one night...and actually not even a full night, just in a few hours considering that it started as the sun was setting and then ended right before Sasuke got home from school.
In conclusion, the Uchiha in the panel you posted, Setsuna, was total fodder.
