Effective Adaptation
Throughout the manga, Sasuke has shown to manipulate his Raiton in many different ways. He has shown great expertise with it, to the point where he can be considered one of the greatest Raiton users, along the likes of the Sandaime Raikage. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of his Raiton is it's blinding speed and numbing effects, which when efficiently used; can make it the most versatile element.
Chidori Nagashi
Chidori Nagashi is an extremely versatile jutsu, and is best for CQC. This jutsu allows him to take advantage of any enemy who is overextending or fighting in an extremely aggressive manner. This jutsu serves offensive and defensive purposes, allowing him to keep his opponent at bay while numbing them in one go.
This would do amazingly against Bunshins, as it wouldn't allow them to come 'all at once' like they often would. More so, its range is exceptional diameter wise. This was shown in the Naruto, Sai and Yamato fight, were Naruto and Sai where knocked on the floor, completely immobilised [

Chidori Senbon
Chidori Senbon is the next thing I will be going over. It is an extremely underrated technique that I personally, have never seen used in a debate. It can be spammed, since the Databook clearly states the quantity increases as the user expends more chakra. It is also not randomly fired, Sasuke choses where to aim each of these needle like attacks, and fires. However, what people fail to understand is that with his Sharingan, he can easily aim at the vital spots, or even catch an opponent running giving his Sharingan's pre-cognition capabilities. As seen in the Deidara fight, it was shown to be fired with utmost precision, and was capable of hitting each C1 spider thrown at him at its centre. This alone should be all the more proof that it can practically hit any opponent who lacks a strong defence, or a quickly cast Futon to counter it. We have only seen him suing it defensively in the manga, thus he only needed said needles to stop the attack. On the other hand, he could use it offensively and generate a much larger quantity of needles to make it nearly inescapable without astounding reaction speed/movement speed.

]. What is commendable of this jutsu is that it requires no preparation and no hand seals, making it extremely hard to anticipate and especially hard to dodge. Different ways of Chidori Nagashi have been shown throughout the manga. One was against Deidara, at which point he was toying around as he assumed victory. The snakes Deidara released where consistent of Doton nature, hence their weakness to Raiton. However, they do not conduct electricity, they are simply weak against it. This puts forth the point that Sasuke can direct his current at anything in contact with him, and make it continuously proceed till it reaches the end of the 'thing', as shown here [

This different, directed Chidori Nagashi is once again shown in the Itachi fight. However, instead of expending the Raiton from his legs, he expends the Nagashi from his hand, where his regular 'Chidori' is released. [

. This means that the opponents ability to dodge is extremely unlikely, unless they are skilled Sensors (i.e. SM, Muu) or have a Dōjutsu which will allow them to anticipate it. The width being so thin can be seen as a deception, since the opponent who thinks he has evaded the attack, can still be scathed from behind after Sasuke expands the spear (the horizontal range seems about 4 meters with calculations). One should note that being pierced by Raiton isn't the same as being cut by Futon or slashed by Suiton. This was already shown against Yamato, where simply being pierced by the Raiton enhanced Kusanagi sword was numbing his body and restricting his movements [

When Sasuke's speed and Kenjutsu are combined, a CQC monster is awakened who can potentially beat a large majority of NV give his Sharingan and CS2 additions. His speed has been hyped by many, be it Deidara, Bee, or the DB. His kenjutsu was praised by Mifune, and the feats that where shown in the manga speak for themselves.
Legendary Kenjutsu
Raiton has also been integrated into his sword of Kusanagi, further making him deadly in a close to mid ranged fight. His kenjutsu has been shown to keep up with most renowned kenjutsu fighters, and can easily be seen as the strongest Kenjutsu user when his Sharingan, CS2 and speed are factored in. He took in an enormous amount of ninja's without killing any of them, nor being touched himself. This is an amazing feat, in which even Orochimaru becomes self-deprecative in front when comparing himself to Sasuke [
'Godlike Speed'
Hebi Sasuke's Shunshin feats are perhaps the best Shunshin feats shown in the manga bar Itachi, Ay's v2 and War Arc's hax abilities. One feat that demonstrates his staggering Shunshin is in the Deidara fight. It is shown that Deidara launches his C2 guided missile [

]. The final thing I will be mentioning regarding Sasuke's kenjutsu, is one of the most overlooked CQC skills he has, dual wielding. Sasuke has shown proficiency using his sword with both hands, this means he can wield his sword with one hand, while wielding his Chidori Spear in the other. This would make out for a deadly combination, and would most likely overcome just about every kenjutsu user bar Killer Bee. It has already been shown in the Oro vs Sasuke quarrel [

]. Some people may say he doesn't have the ability to wield kenjutsu at a high level with both hands, but then again, he has also shown to use it with both hands in a masterful approach. In this fight, Sasuke uses his Chokutō with his

]. One can clearly see the explosion radius is dwarfing the C2 bird by a long run. It should also be noted that Deidara is practically a dot on the C2, yet Sasuke, who would be a dot in that explosion, has managed to escape something many times his size [

]. This is quite an interesting and overlooked ability, since given the correct location, it can be very effective in escaping or closing the gap. Even in early part 2, he was capable of quickly blitzing team 7, and even Naruto who is somewhat known for his good reaction speed. [

Another great example of Sasuke's Shunshin speed combined with his striking speed is when he blitzes a fully transformed CS2 user. The distance is apparently large [

], however, what is interesting as that Sasuke was capable of slicing him numerous times, 1 slice on each leg, one slice on each arm and a large slice across the body [

]. This is quite an amazing feat, his striking speed is potentially the best in the entire manga given this feat, and the feat of Striking Ay in v1 with his Chidori before Ay could strike him. Tools & Summons
Sasuke has shown extremely proficient usage of his ninja tools. Even in part 1, he was shown to use advanced ninja skills for his age. However, as the manga progressed, the more we could see Sasuke's skills refining. His summons are also quite confounding for back up, defence and offence. They have been shown to be usable in a flexible manner, whether it's his snakes or shurikens.
Snake Summons
Sasuke has shown extraordinary usage of his snakes throughout the manga. They have shown several times to work as great shields due to their tough skins which makes them durable. However, despite their great durability, they still possess poisonous bites which could end a fight immediately, something which is quite often overlooked. In the Itachi fight, we were capable of seeing several interesting ways his snakes were used. One example is when Sasuke was being immobilised and shurikens were being thrown at him. A regular shinobi could take fatal wounds from such, however, Sasuke was capable of having his snake engulf his body and easily stop the attack [
His snakes also have a very strong offence. As shown against Suigetsu and Juugo, he was capable of restricting them with ease using his snakes [
Shurikenjutsu Proficiency
In part 1; Sasuke's aptitude with tools was that of an adult's. He was capable of reading Oro's movements with his 2T Sharingan [

Sasuke has also shown to use large snake summons to defend against massive attack, an example being C0, Deidara's Ultimate art. He summoned Manda, and was capable of leaving the explosion with little injury from the explosion itself [

They can constrict, poison and restrain. That is basically an all in one small summon which could restrict two of the most power centred shinobi's, Suigetsu and Jugo.
Shurikenjutsu Proficiency

] where even Orochimaru was praising Sasuke for being capable of reading all his movements and trapping him. He had used his string. On the other hand, he used his Katon on it this time, instead of bringing the shurikens back from a blind spot. Had Orochimaru not had such vitality, or had that been someone else, the chances of survival would be slim. Sasuke has also shown to be capable of summoning countless small shurikens, and throwing them at extreme speeds with staggering accuracy [

]. It is reasonable to say only a sharingan user would be capable of keeping up with this shuriken spam. This, in contrast to animal summons, can occur at speeds that are faster than Itachi's hand seals, which are noted to be nearly instantaneous (even Sasuke and Kakashi's sharingan couldn't keep up). ] Itachi had to put a halt on his jutsu so that he could dodge the shadow shuriken jutsu. Sasuke can set the tools before hand in prepared form, so that the pace of the fight would be in his hands. He can even add his own Raiton to the large shuriken itself to give it unrivaled cutting power [

]. He was capable of dodging the first round, but due to his weakening eye sight, couldn't dodge the second one. It is true that he may have dodged it considering his reactions are the best in the manga (feat wise), had he been healthy. However, Itachi not noticing it was rigged was no fluke, considering Deidara, who has good perceptive capabilities didn't notice it either [

]. Deidara had thought it was a desperate attempt when in fact he got combo'd combo'd by Sasuke quite nicely considering it was planned out well, and his accuracy with the shurikens was flawless [

]. The last thing I want to mention, although not as significant, is the fact that he can use a scroll to summon chained explosive tags. These explosive tags managed to make an explosion the size of the Susano itself [
