It was Gai's best speed and is only next to Night Gai.Lee said that EE is a continuous attack that goes from

Speed 1: Issoku was used by Gai in .
Speed 2,3 and 4:In next page he used nisoku,Sansoku and Yonsoku.

Speed 5: ,When Gai was about to use it then .

Why should Gai decrease his speed again? He was about to attack Madara so if he decreases his speed then it means that he was creating an opening for Madara and there is literally nothing that suggests that Gai can decrease his speed according to his wish.

The fact that Madara reacted to Minato proves you wrong, that goes for anyone else who thinks Minato can react to 8th Gated Gai

You said Minato saved him?...just stop this nonsense...do you have proof the orbs would have hit Gai...smh just stop...Lee picked Gai up before the orbs hit him on the ground...and Lee hadn't opened the 6th gates...If you think Gai won't have avoided those orbs with his speed then you're funny

Also, who threw the kunai?...wasn't 6th Gated Lee?..the force and power in which he threw it should be considered...if a weaker person throws a stone, the speed at which it moves to its destination would definitely be slower than a far stronger person throwing it....how then is Minato following his speed when he didn't throw it? (referring to what you said about Minato being able to follow Gai's speed)

Gai was most likely aiming to hit Madara directly, or he'd have thrown another punch like he did before...why?...because earlier on Gai most likely destroyed Madara's onmyoudon as it wasn't seen after the 4steps

Also Gai's speed may have decreased his speed... this scan shows Madara looking towards one direction while EE is coming from different directions..meaning he couldn't tell where Gai was attacking from

While Madara was able to see him when he wanted to throw the last punch..If Gai was moving like he was, or if Gai didn't want to hit Madara directly, why didn't he just throw the last punch like he did?...Madara clearly couldn't react to him..or why didn't Madara throw his goddama...after all, he said "4"-5 punches musn't hit me "especially" directly....he got hit 4 times

Stop with fan fiction please, and provide some proofs, will ya?

- and? Lee accomplished such feat against Gaara with 3 gates, and so did Sasuke. Who told you that running in circles makes you faster than instant?

- He did not tell him that because he obviously was at full speed already. lol
anyway, I would appreciate it if you stopped using fanon, and tried to use some proofs, because what "you" think is not a proof.
-I'm sorry, was Lee creating air currents from his speed alone?

-lol, don't see any indication of him going at full speed. Like I said before, he took only one step. That's not running. He kicked the air with his left leg for his Final Step [ ] and doesn't take another step until after Minato's gone [ ][ ]. That isn't running pal.
It was Gai's best speed and is only next to Night Gai.Lee said that EE is a continuous attack that goes from speed 1 to speed 5.

Speed 1: Issoku was used by Gai in this scan.
Speed 2,3 and 4:In next page he used nisoku,Sansoku and Yonsoku.

Speed 5:Gosoku,When Gai was about to use it Madara decided to attack him. then Minato saved him.

Why should Gai decrease his speed again? He was about to attack Madara so if he decreases his speed then it means that he was creating an opening for Madara and there is literally nothing that suggests that Gai can decrease his speed according to his wish.
-That speed relates to striking speed, and has nothing to do with movement speed. The fact that Gai's 5th Step did the most damage and sent Rikudo Madara the furthest from all of his Steps shows that it's only to do with striking speed [ ][ ]. Faster Step = stronger attack. The only Step that drew blood from Madara was the 5th Step, that's because it was the fastest in terms of striking speed.

-Gai already had Madara incapacitated. He no longer had any reason to use his speed [ ]. Madara couldn't follow Gai's speed in his other Steps but when he used his last Step he suddenly could. So how does that make sense if you're asserting that Gai was going at full speed in his Final Step?

-Madara's Truth-Seeker Orbs were travelling faster than Gai [ ], yet 5G Lee's already beaten those Orbs in terms of speed [ ][ ]. Does this also mean 5G Lee moves faster than 8G Gai?

Honestly, I'm pretty surprised I have to explain this stuff. It's clear as day Gai was not going at full speed in his Final Step.

Minato cuz i lik him better

Lol well if Minato doesn't engage Gai in a CQC, then he wins

If not 7G Gai wins...but Minato is smart so he won't do that

Oh, you were under the assumption that Gai was going out at full speed?
And you are the one saying i make excuses? Ridiculous. EE is a continuous attack going from speed 1 to 5. Gai was in the finał phase of his. Attack and minato even told him to continue pushing forward no matter what(which shows he was following his speed btw). Saying he slowed down when on the picture where Minato appeared and disappeared, he didn't move an inch is just a way for you to belittle that feat when nothing prove otherwise

The fact that Madara reacted to Minato proves you wrong, that goes for anyone else who thinks Minato can react to 8th Gated Gai.

What does it has anything to do with the argument again? Madara only managed to hit Minato coz Minato was trying to hit Madara. What if Minato just teleport in front of Madara and teleport away from Madara witout any delay like he did in case of Gai? Chances of Madara hitting Minato are equal to 0.

Did I said Minato saved Gai coz Gai can't save himself? NO. Your whole point is useless here and I don't even get from where you are pulling those conclusions.Minato saving Gai is an undeniable fact and Gai being able to counter it on his own is a different story which has nothing to with my argument.

Once again Lee is irrelevant in this argument. It is not like Minato needs to throw a kunai and teleport to that kunai in a one on one battle.Everything we need here is whether Minato is quick enough to teleport away from an incoming attack or not(it is a different story if Minato tries to attack the enemy).Yes,he did helped Minato by throwing the kunai but who is the one that was following the movement Kunai that was thrown by Lee,Madara's orbs and Gai? Yes,it is none other than Minato.

If Minato wasn't capable of following those speeds then how exactly do you think he managed to save Gai? Lee throwing kunai would be utterly useless if Minato can't teleport to the appropriate location at the right time.

He was following Kunai and teleported to kunai the movement it reached appropriate location and took the balls and teleported away from that location the movement he managed to made the contact with those orbs.8th gate Gai didn't even more an inch during this period.Do ypu have any idead what level of dedication and reactions are needed to pull such a feat? think again bro and plz try to give credit where it is due.

There is nothing that implies Madara couldn't tell from where Gai was attacking,Madara noticed Gai getting behind him but he simply couldn't reacted to those attacks.Any excuse that says Gai decreased his speed is a fan fic at best coz manga clearly said that 8th gate speed increases with each and every step and we are talking about 5th step here.No need to mention Gai has no need to drop his speed unless you are implying that Gai don't want to attack Madara with his full power.

It relates to striking speed. Why on Earth would he be talking about movement speed? Minato was following a speed which wasn't Gai's fastest movement speed.

I've already made a post regarding this at the bottom of page 5, refute that and then I'll admit I was wrong.

Yeah people say minato teleported were GAi was so he's faster the guy was already running on air taking pus edo steps like pouncing on a trampoline when he first initiated the evening ele he jumped to madara as if he teleported in one go like
Lee did to garra via hidden lotus
Like GAi did to kisame via morning peacock
People forget that GAi and lee movements appear to be teleporting like they have GAi do in all games (NUNS) he teleports and side steps the fastest
In combat minato loses easily cause he don't have the power to harm guy nor fight him head on

What is Minato doing against the widespread Morning Peacock punches, which are numerous in number, or Afternoon Tiger? At close Range, Minato is not overwhelming the master of Taijutsu. If anyone believes it, they should log off.

I just stopped reading at bold..this has no relevance at all...what if?...was Gai trying to hit Minato?...did he look surprise seeing Minato in front of him?..going by what you're saying, Gai should have hit Minato to show what you're saying is true but because he didn't,Minato is faster or can escape Gai...why in the first place would Gai want to attack Minato?...That's not good enough...unless Minato can teleport in front and away from an opponent of that calibre who's Actually trying to hit him or attack him, then this would be necessary

NO your point is useless...Minato saving Gai isn't undeniable and that doesn't mean Minato is faster or Gai wouldn't have dodged it...Lool you can't prove that those orbs would have hit Gai so Minato didn't really save him...he just assisted ...Lee without the 6th gates saved Gai before the orb could hit him...Gai with the 8th Gates would dodge that..

As a matter of fact, who saved Kakashi from the orb earlier?....Gai hadn't even opened the 7th gate and he came from a greater distance to save Kakashi from an orb

The orb was closer to Kakashi than it was to Gai...basically Gai saw it coming..if Gai could come from a greater distance to intercept the orb before it could hit Kakashi considering how close he was to the orb, then why can't Gai himself escape the orb in the 8TH Gate with an even far greater speed

There's definitely something wrong with you...let me get this straight, you're saying throwing the kunai doesn't matter..smh what a joke...
If a car is moving at 20 and suddenly moves at 60, yes the car is moving faster but why?...Isn't it cuz the person is moving at a higher speed...the car is moving faster but because of the person in control of that car, it moves faster
Same applies here...Earlier on, Kakashi threw the kunai but how long did it take for it to get to where Gai was before the orb could

All minato has to do it teleport there, but how would he teleport to the kunai like he did if it isn't moving at a faster speed ..obviously he can teleport quick enough to where the kunai is, but if it's not thrown faster, then he doesn't get to the destination faster

Now my friend you give credit to Lee just like Minato did

Loool you've been talking about how quick Minato is to teleport to an opponent and teleport away..oh my goodness you guys never cease to amaze me...show manga scans or don't bother replying...why would he teleport to an opponent in the first place if he doesn't want to attack them?...Oh wait..why didn't he teleport from Madara?...I told you already..opponents of such calibre would tear him down the moment he appears in front of them...Lool 8th gates Gai would blitz before he moves...Madara clearly has better reactions than Minato yet look at how he was dealt with...Any excuse to bring this nonsense up is fanfic

There is nothing that implies Madara couldn't tell from where Gai was attacking,Madara noticed Gai getting behind him but he simply couldn't reacted to those attacks.

Oh really?

He could tell where Gai was attacking from but yet stood in the same spot during the 4 steps?

He already noted Gai was fast anyways

Any excuse that says Gai decreased his speed is a fan fic at best coz manga clearly said that 8th gate speed increases with each and every step and we are talking about 5th step here.No need to mention Gai has no need to drop his speed unless you are implying that Gai don't want to attack Madara with his full power.

Right....

So Madara didn't react to the 4 steps

and during the last step, Gai was shown kicking up the air

You must be registered for see images

He gave Madara at least some little time due to him wanting to hit Madara directly if not, he would have thrown the last punch considering Madara even said he couldn't move after the 4th step

Considering he kicked up the air, it may have reduced his speed a little considering he had to kick up and not move at constant speed

Lee said it's a "continuous" attack that goes from speed 1 to speed 5..it was shown to be continuous from the 4 steps but wasn't really after the 5th and cuz he wanted to hit him directly

If he hit him directly from the very 1st step, the 5steps would have been continuous

You must be registered for see images

Common sense would tell you that if Gai hit Madara all the way down to the ground like that, it would take at least a second or some little time to get close to Madara if he wanted to hit him directly again

Gai ain't hitting Minato if he teleport infront of him and get away without any delay.Saying Gai don't want to hit Minato ain't going to help you by any means unless you can prove me he can hit Minato.

Have you gone mad or something? I have never said that Gai can't dodge it on his own and I don't even understand the the reason why you are wasting your time on this. Let me say this again Minato saved Gai and it was clearly happend in manga and Gai dodging it on his own is different story which has nothing to with my point.Ofcourse Gai can save his ass but it is not going to change the fact that Minato saved him. Stop wasting my time.

There's definitely something wrong with you...let me get this straight, you're saying throwing the kunai doesn't matter..smh what a joke...

Plz leave me alone if everything you wanted to do is to downgrade Minato.I said Lee throwing Kunai has nothing to do with this argument and I don't remember saying Lee won't receive any credit and why you are still spouting this irrelevant nonsense is beyond me.Minato wouldn't have pulled such a feat if he wasn't capable of following their movents. He need to follow Gai,Madara as well as Lee to pull such a feat at right time which is super impressive.Simple as that and it is not even hard to understand.

I have no idea what you are talking about.I was using that as an example to say how quick FTG is and I don't remember saying that he would use it in battle. There is a difference b/w my example and what Minato did against Madara.Minato tried to attack him where as I said he'll just teleport back without any delay.Minato canonically pulled such a feat against 8th gate so if anything your excuses are fanfics.

Oh really?

Can't you even read properly? Every reply from you has nothng to do with what I was saying. All you have been doing is twisting my words according to your wish and spouting irrelevant nonsense.Stop wasting time.

I have clearly mentioned that he can see but can't react to then and that's what happend in that scan.

He already noted Gai was fast anyways

Right....

So Madara didn't react to the 4 steps

and during the last step, Gai was shown kicking up the air

He gave Madara at least some little time due to him wanting to hit Madara directly if not, he would have thrown the last punch considering Madara even said he couldn't move after the 4th step

Lee said it's a "continuous" attack that goes from speed 1 to speed 5..it was shown to be continuous from the 4 steps but wasn't really after the 5th and cuz he wanted to hit him directly

If he hit him directly from the very 1st step, the 5steps would have been continuous

Common sense would tell you that if Gai hit Madara all the way down to the ground like that, it would take at least a second or some little time to get close to Madara if he wanted to hit him directly again

Fanfics at best.Manga clearly said that step 5 is the fastest and the very fact that you are still trying to deny this clearly shows how badly you wanted to downgrade Minato.
I have already told you Gai has no reason to slow down his movements and no need to mention step 5 is a direct punch which means the puch would be more powerful if you add more speed.Only reason why Madara got an opening was because it wasn't using a long range punch i.e. EE.

Plz try to use spoiler tags for images.

I hate when people say such things. Minato's speed is incomparable, but it isn't unpredictable.

Minato's speed isn't actually speed. It's instant teleportation. Which means Gai isn't keeping up with it. Minato wins any scenario. Even 8th gate Gai has a hard time beating Minato. 7th gate Gai doesn't stand a chance.
