Hashirama wasnt born hokage, again you make up lame scenario to favor hashirama. Why not war period?
KA also is once a 10 years, hard to get an info due to low usage frequency.

Budda isnt instant KA is, SM takes time too, KA not so much.
KA isnt limited to eye contact as well.
