Im not sure if you noticed but along with having limited range his eyes lose 3 tomoe after he uses the technique. He lost three after dodging the lightning and then six after retrieving the sword and stabbing Maddy. I presume its rechargable but still limited in range and usage. So he's not completely broken, there are chinks in his armor. Speaking of armor I wonder if he can still use his susanoo + that jutsu.
