[Discussion] feats wise sasuke faster than naruto and minato

The difference between Sasuke and Minato is their striking speed. Minato's striking is slow and positioned wrong. Sasuke and Minato are equal in jutsu speed. Footspeed, Gai is the fastest.​

that Madara is running and grabbed Kakashi's eye while still running, and then Sasuke immediately

in front of Madara and cut Madara immediately, Madara saw him but didn't defend against him, so it still counts as blitzing, and no, Sasuke didn't teleport right behind him, he clearly cut right through Madara as you can see the direction of his swing, he was swinging the sword to where Madara was, and Madara wasn't blocking shit with his arm, he got blitzed and cut in half.

this shows that madara was still moving as he grabbed kakashis eye and the moment he stopped and turned around sasuke was pretty much there..

this just proves how fast sasuke closed the gap... but the fact remains madara still stopped

and no look closely at the placement of sasukes hands and the sword and where madara's arms are placed.. to be able to get a clean hit without cutting off madara's arms along with the torso means the attack came from behind

if you look at the lines and the blood around the place the cut was made it shows us the attack came from behind

This scan kind of contradicts your first point as Madara is heavily injured there, and even himself acknowledged that he didn't react to Naruto because he got stronger and dismissed the "weakened Madara" point, and still Madara managed to defend against Naruto in that scan, he didn't defend against Sasuke or react to him when he was stabbed, nor when he was cut in half
