Between the time he asked and all that zipping around Madara did a minute had not even gone by. Poor Kakashi can agree to that.

As for her supposed hesitating, it's not easy when you have a good heart and spend most of your time healing people. She's not a hardened ninja. She never was and hurting someone while they just let her do it is something even I would have trouble doing.
