It's a differnece if the host of the Tailed Beast has this strong Senjutsu or the Bijuus. Just because the host has it, doesn't mean the Beasts also have it.

No they didn't. All they did was take in the 9 tailed beasts which gave the appearance of the Sage's body. Obito didn't have any sage mode at all. And Madara's SM came from Hashirama if you remember. Neither of them talked to the Sage and directly got his SM power.
