Itachi doesn't know Kamui's powers but Obito knows Itachi's so:
- He won't get caught in Tsukyomi
- He has already countered Amateratsu
- Yata won't work cause Obito can past through it with Kamui
- Totsuka can't hit him because of Kamui
- He can get inside the Susanoo easily
- Normal Genjutsu doesn't work on sharingan users
- Itachi's normal Ninjutsu sucks compared to Obito's
- Itachi's Taijutsu won't do shit as Obito countered Guy in their fight
- Itachi said Izanami is not made for battle
- KA was programed to be used on Itachi's eye so won't work on Obito
- He has no jutsu that counters Obito's kamui
- 1 touch and Obito wins

Itachi knows kamui he just hadn't figured out a way to beat it, he though amaterasu would do the job but we know how that turned out. But don't fogrget obito is vulnerable when he jumps himself and can be hit then so itachi can set him up to jump and then hit him with amaterasu so obito will stop the jump and try to gid rid of amaterasu and then get hit with totsuka gg.

He can't get inside susano and if he could what does that mean? Nothing he would be putting himself in harms way, you think obito > itachi before itachi died but you are a fool they obviously respected each others game to the point both feared the other and more so obito feared itachi which is why he waited until itachi was dead to attack konoha. Obito has only warped average shinobi, if he gets inside susano someone like itachi cant defend against the jumping and avoid being warped, even base gai told obito he was moving to fast to be warped and he wasn't even moving that fast.
Normal genjutsu might not work but itachi has 5 abnormal genjutsu.
Itachi's normal ninjutsu sucks compared to obito's? what, obito only has a fire jutsu mixed in with kamui, itachi has fire, water, clones, summonings, you clearly don't know what you are talking about.
It was base gai and he did enough to not be warped and even told obito while he was fighting that he couldn't warp him and itachi is much faster than base gai not to mention obito used the sharingans predictive abilities well itachi has that abilities so when obito goes to read movements his will get read back and like I said itachi speed > base gai who obito barely read his movements.
LLAB if obito was better than itachi before itachi's death then, obito would have killed itachi a long time ago, since he knew the truth and knew itachi was spying on akaktsuki and watching him, yet he never touched konoha not even nagato the invincible they all waited until itachi died, obito even used the finally we can attack konoha, the fact hat he didn't or better yet couldn't kill the traitor itachi proves this.
Kakashi's kamui can be disrupted by another jutsu while its in its warping process like amaterasu, or another jutsu that is used via nigh instant through eye fixation and since amaterasu is faster than kakashi's kamui then.
