OT:I Think in terms of skills it would be a tie, but the winner of the battle would be Kakashi. Only because of experience. I think if Itachi was a little older he would surpass kakashi in skills, but because he was so young i cant see how his skills would be greater at this point. I think Itachi would be a better with sharingan since he mastered it at age 8, but over all battle EXP makes kakashi the winner.

Kakashi has more experience which leads me to assume he has better chakra usage. He's also faster and stronger (puberty guys, puberty U_U ) and has a wider range of jutsu. Kakashi wins.

MS Kakashi > MS Itachi

The only thing we know about 11 year old Itachi is that he graduated when he was 7, thought like a Kage when he was 8, became a Chunnin when he was 10, is an Anbu soldier with 11 years old and has 3T Sharingan

What we know about 20 years old Kakashi is that he graduated when he was 5, became Chunnin when he was 6, became Jonin when he was like 11 or 12, is now an Anbu captain as a 20 year old and has 3T Sharingan
