Midnight Dragon>Kirin, cause last time i checked Kirin doesnt distort space like MD, and Kirin wouldn't have affected Madara the same way.

Not at this level. Kirin uses celestial phenomena and with that the electric charge of the atmosphere. The centre of such a thunderbolt with that kind of electrical charge could outreach temperatures of 30000°C.
Guy's strongest attack could only smash a part of Madara(didn't kill him though) and he didn't use any defensive abilities. Kirin on the other hand isn't just destructive power, but it holds also the properties of the Seishitsu Raiton. Therefore, it would (maybe) even cut him apart.

Ot: I think Evening Elephant can do what Kirin does. Midnight Moth is more of a concentrated kick, but nevertheless, it would probably be on par, if not more destructive than Kirin.

Kirin is a long thunderstorm's collective worth of lightning bolts gathered into one giant ass super mage lightning bolt. It's destruction potential hasn't been met yet. As of right now Hirudora > Kirin in damage

But if Gai was going faster than the speed of light when he distorted space around him delivering Night Moth, then Night Moth > Kirin in speed.

However I think we will see Kirin's damage output surpass Night Moth in the coming chapters.

If you look closely at the photo, see those little triangular bumps on the ground? THOSE ARE FULL SIZED MOUNTAINS!

Gai's kick basically blowed the length of 5-7 full sized mountains. Kirin just destroyed a little hill. There's NO CONTEST.

And if you saw Night Elephant, the weaker attack, then you would know Gai punched Madara like 1 mile into the Earth!
