Believe it or not but that question has been answered for months.

She was shown to have Izanami, and while that removes the vision in one eye, Madara was able to use Susano'o with no eyes. She unlocked the Mangekyou, so to answer your question, her and any other Uchiha who was never shown in any episode who unlocked the Mangekyou, and if the episode Izanami was featured in that's a lot of Uchiha who have never been given screen time.

So, yeah. Her and any other Uchiha who were never featured.
