Nui braces herself as the plane goes right through the cloud bank, shuddering with some sort of impact. And when they get to the other side, Axion is there, and they touch down on an enormous landing strip.
A large Observer comes over to the plane, bowing to Nui, and then addressing Spark.
"Put the utilities down first, such as smoke bombs, grenades, or chemical weaponry. Next, put down your blades. Put down any remaining weaponry or potentially lethal objects down last. Then, follow me to your cell. If you do not follow these instructions and/or attempt to resist in any way, you will be killed. If you have any weapons you do not give up, you will be killed. If you attempt to escape from your cell, you will be killed. Lastly, if you converse with any prisoners that aren't in you holding cell, you will be killed, along with the co-offender. Understood?"
Spark:well considering id probably be killed for not understanding, i understand.
*Lays down his weapons in the order he was told*
Spark:you got any other orders before you cuff me or knock me out or whatever the hell Your going to do to me...

Lucifer thinks the Owl is taking to long and decides its better to just invade Axion instead he unleashes his released form and takes flight reach Axion in mere seconds he lands on the strip as he deactivates his Released form and see's Spark getting man handled.

Lucifer disappears without the Observers even noticing he was there.

Nui notices Lucifer land out of the corner of her eye, and just before she says something, he's gone. But she did, in fact, notice him.

Lucifer as he makes his way to Sasuri thinks about that Observer back there and stops halfway.
"She noticed me? Should i go back and kill her? Hm......Nah Sasuri comes first"
The large observer hands Spark a green and orange striped outfit, made specifically to stand out. It was a prison uniform.
"Follow me to the changing room. Be forewarned, there is no where to escape in there, and you'll have just three minutes, so don't try anything funny. You will be killed."
The Observer looks around, and when nobody is watching, he hands Spark an envelope.
He whispers to him.
"I'm not actually an observer. I'm an undercover Blank Slate agent. My name is Scyo, but- there's no time. Open the envelope in three days and read it's contents. It has a set of instructions. They are imperative to your escape. Do not tell a soul I was here, especially when you return to the world below. Godspeed, my friend."
Scyo quickly regains his previous demeanor, shoving him along, into a large building that looked like a government sanctioned lab of sorts, sleek and dark. The entrance opens, and Scyo shows an ID to the front desk. They step onto an elevator, heading down.
"If you have any messages you need to deliver, tell me them now and I will do it for you."

*quickly writes down: Order of angels... im in the observer prisons. In exactly three days from when i was taken, I'm making my escape. Im going to need a big distraction though. That's your part. Make a distraction in Axion, big enough to get most of the Observer's focused on you. If every thing works well the Observer's will have a tough time keeping there city afloat, Spark.*
