Cee was a sensor, and as long as he was around, Karin had to hide her chakra and could not use it to sense Danzo's location. He didn't even bother with Ay. He simply knocked down the pillars and went after Danzo. Why even bother debating this when he actually see him genjutsu Cee?

He said Sharingan doesn't work on him. He never said genjutsu didn't work on him. In the very same page Cee made it clear that because of his speed, Sharingan can't keep up, hence the abilities that come with it are useless since they need to actually see the target. This is common sense. We know for a fact that sharingan genjutsu does work since it has been shown to trap him if eye contact is made. He does not possess some inherent immunity.
